Certain relations are established between the participants of the union electronic catalogue to create a public information resource and provide open access to it in accordance with the developed Rules for participants. Participating libraries send information about the replenishment of their local electronic catalogues by e-mail to the project coordinator. On the website of the union catalogue, libraries are presented by the number of records transferred.
