Cataloguing and edition. The main task of the department to monitor the bibliographic records, prevent their repetition and to ensure their quality. The department consists of 6 specialists.

Technical support and external relations. Sets the active connection between the information and library institutions. Provides protection RCUEC base, including archiving of records from unauthorized access and viruses, duplication for preservation purposes, etc. The department consists of 4 specialists.
